Embossing Machine
Bob Beck, National President of the FCCA in 1979, donated three boxes full of historical National FCCA materials. I will be sifting through these items over the next several weeks. In the meantime, I wanted to post some photos of a really cool embossing machine that was among the items in the donated boxes. It is designed to emboss the club’s name and incorporation date into gold foil stickers. These would have been attached to certificates and other official documents. The machine looks quite old, but there is no indications as to a production date. Below are some pictures of the machine and it’s product. Note that the machine has an upper and a lower emboss template. The lower one has come loose and it shown with a box of embossing foils.
