At this second meeting of the incorporated FCCA, decisions about the direction of the club are made.  Most exciting in this regard is the proposal by Road & Track’s Oliver Billingsly that the club form chapters all over the USA.  There is also a hand-written list of the guests at the meeting, which include a number of folks who would ultimately be influential in helping to set the direction of the club.
