I only have one issue of Rally magazine, that for June-July of 1954.  It appears as though it was the new name for the national FCCA newsletter.  Why the change from Exhaust Notes, I have no idea.  But, the issue I have is designated Volume 1, Number 5, so it was apparently in publication for at least four months prior to the release of this issue.
