Stories
In this section, stories about the FCCA, memoirs of former members, and interesting anecdotes will be made available. Content will be added as time allows, so please be patient and stop by often to see what’s new.
And, as usual, if you have a story to share about the FCCA, contact us!
At the facility I work for, we are restoring an old 1959 MGA for a customer (In remembrance of her late husband). Today, in replacing the fuel pump, we found what appeared to be a plane piece of paper. Extremely faded in fact. To almost not readable. I can only make out thee top portion of the paper, it reads…
PENINSULA
PRESENTS
PLAYBOY BUNNY HOP II
(And I can only make out half of the FCCA logo before the paper starts to show stains.)
Do you guys have any documentation on this event?
I am unaware of where the customer or her husband are originally from.
Thanks!
-Cathryn ( Stillwater, MN)
I am not aware of this event. If you had a date, I might be able to locate information in one of the FCCA newsletters. Without that information, it would be difficult to track the event down.
